Time and Venue

The assembly will be held online.

Roland Unger will act as chairman of the assembly. The invitation was sent the association members according to the regulations of the by-laws on the due date on 28 November 2015 by email.

   5. Mögliche Änderungen der Satzung, die auf der nächsten Mitgliederversammlung beschlossen werden könnten.

Course of action

The wiki will be started on December 05, 2015 at 12:00 o'clock Central European Time. The first week, December 5 – 12, 2015, is for discussion and for the affiliations of topics 2 and 3, the second one, December 10 –17, 2015, for the affiliations of topics 7 and 8.

Eight members (Benreis, Bgabel, Elelicht, Hansm, Mboesch, RolandUnger, Stefan Fussan, and Tim) of the association were present at the general meeting. It was determined that a quorum was present.
