Wikivoyage starts a project with the municipality of Wennigsen

The municipality of Wennigsen (Deister) and the Wikivoyage community decided to start the Expedition 'Template article'. Main objective is to create an exemplary article about a small town. Side effects are the improvement of the project and help articles as well as the VCard and the creation of a set of Wikivoyage wide symbols for articles.
